SEMI-SOUNDFRONT Salvo - Otter Way New in 2004 TRUE WIND is a beautiful,
4,000 sq. ft, home in upscale Wind over Waves. The carport leads to an
outdoor shower and under house entry with direct access to the elevator
to help unload your things easily so you can begin relaxing. As you venture
into the first level of the home, you'll find one queen bedroom and one
bedroom with two sets of bunks (each with TV), a full bathroom, and a rec
room with pool table, TV/DVD/VCR and stereo/CD, and wet bar with full size
refrigerator and microwave. The rec room opens to a patio that leads to a
deck with the sunken bubbly hot tub and your own private pool. Upstairs
one level are three king master suites, each with TV, and one with a
walk-in closet, large whirlpool tub and separate shower. All bedrooms on
this level have deck access, two to the front shaded deck and one to the
deck overlooking the pool. The masterful wood foyer and stairs take you
to the main upper living area that flows to a large vaulted great room and
dining room, also with beautiful hardwood flooring. The great room has a
gas fireplace, built in entertainment center with TV/DVD/VCR and stereo/CD
and a convenient powder room nearby. The spacious kitchen has double
dishwashers, an island cooktop, 30 bottle wine cooler, a breakfast bar
with separate bar sink and steps out to a deck. The dining room has access
to the poolside deck. There is another deluxe king master suite on this
level with a whirlpool tub, separate shower, double vanity sinks, and a
walk-in closet. The views in this house are phenomenal and you will always
remember your time spent at TRUE WIND.
